William DrapelaI have two Genie garage door openers that failed after a 6 day power outage following Hurricane Beryl. After trying to fix it on my own via YouTube videos and the Genie 800 telephone number, I managed to physically break one of the openers. I called Henderson, who installed the openers last year. The repairman arrived on time (actually early but I was called ahead of time) and reprogrammed the garage door opener I didn't break ,and repaired the one I did break. The guy was friendly and got the job done quickly. I'm very satisfied.
