Our garage door spring broke the evening of October 10, 2024. I found an old sticker on our garage door for Henderson Garage Door Services. I looked them up and called on October 11th. They were able to work us in the same morning. Lorenzo called to let me know he was coming and was so polite and friendly! He had everything repaired in about an hour! I had a great experience with Henderson Garage Door Services, LLC in Baytown, Texas. Give them a call for your next replacement garage door or garage door repair! Everything was perfect!

Lift arm had pulled loose. Tech explained what needed to be done, made repair so that it would be better than before. He did some maintenance - adjusted spring tension, oiled, and a little extra task. Professional and fast. I plan to call them in the future. (The above 2 yrs ago). In 2014, purchased opener from Henderson, since then new springs, 9/23, and recently 9/24 adjusted springs. I will continue calling on them.

Had a technician (Chad) on-site within 3-hours of calling about garage door issues. Chad had great communication on what the issue was and was able to fix the problem for less than $200. Would highly recommend using Henderson for any of your issues!

I've been using Henderson since 2016. It's far and few between needing their expertise because if you follow their suggestions you'll rarely call them. My garage door was closing sideways. The technician from Henderson was very professional , courteous and thorough. He explained everything he was going to do to fix the garage door. The garage door is now working properly. Someone in the office made an error on my billing charge. Once she noticed the error , I received a prompt response , with an apology. I was notified a check would be mailed for the over charge. I have two Genie garage door openers that failed after a 6 day power outage following Hurricane Beryl. After trying to fix it on my own via YouTube videos and the Genie 800 telephone number, I managed to physically break one of the openers. I called Henderson, who installed the openers last year. The repairman arrived on time (actually early but I was called ahead of time) and reprogrammed the garage door opener I didn't break ,and repaired the one I did break. The guy was friendly and got the job done quickly. I'm very satisfied.

We found Henderson Garage Door Services, while driving around town one day. Our decision to stop, was the best decision we made. The office staff were friendly and most helpful. The screen enclosure we selected for our garage, once installed was most impressive. The installers exhibited a remarkable craftmanship that paid attention to detail, during the whole process. Henderson's being Baytown home base operation another reason to Baytown proud.

The serviceman with Henderson Garage Doors diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the door easily. He saw some other defective parts and replaced them. He was very efficient and was in an out in about 45 minutes. I am very please with their service and response after my initial call to make an appointment for the service.
